These Terms govern your use of the iOS apps EverRecall and BookCapture (the "Apps") provided by Likewater ("we"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple's Standard EULA

Auto-renewing subscription (EverRecall)

EverRecall's paid plan is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel anytime from your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID name → Subscriptions.
Refunds for purchases are handled according to Apple's procedures; we are not able to process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Apps for any purpose that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Apps are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Apps.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
